Commonwealth Branch Council Casual Vacancy Elections

During the recent elections for the Commonwealth Branch Council, the positions of Branch President, Branch Vice-President, Branch Secretary and Branch Assistant Secretary/Treasurer were not filled and left vacant.
In order to remedy this, ASMOF has arranged for an election to fill these vacancies conducted by the AEC.
The nominations for these casual vacancy elections will be called from 6 July 2009 and nominations can be submitted until 27 July 2009 at 10.00 AM..
An election notice and nomination form is attached below.
Please note that you must indicate on the nomination form the office you seek to nominate for e.g Branch President.
You can either submit the completed nomination form to the AEC in accordance with the information contained in the election notice or forward them to our office via fax or e-mail to the contact details below.
