Rule Changes
Notice of Rule Alteration Application - 17 December 2010
ASMOF has made application to Fair Work Australia for alteration to Rules 32 and 33 of the Rules of the ASMOF Rules. A notice in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
